We are there when you can't be. We can customize services for you that range from weekly house checks to full time property management including lawn care and spring and/or fall cleanup.
Need some shelves in your garage, basement, laundry or walk-in closet or maybe an accent wall in the man cave? How about a she shed for her, playhouse for the kids or a garden shed to store some extra stuff. We can Help U! We can't build you a new house but we would love to help you fix up the one that you have.
We have a wood splitter, a pressure washer, hand tools, power tools, the list goes on and on. We are available to Help U complete some of the tasks that require tools that you may not have. Just let us know what you need and we will see if we can get it done.
Preparing your house for sale can be a daunting task. We can Help U get rid of some of the stress of that process. Fixing up those little holes in the wall and touching up the paint, finishing that piece of trim, or cleaning to get ready for those pictures that are going to help get your house from For Sale to SOLD!
If that leaky toilet is causing problems with your floor then it is time to get it fixed. Need a new faucet installed or a vanity replaced or maybe the bathroom just needs a little TLC. If so, then let us Help U!
We can't build you custom cabinets but we might be able to bring that old kitchen back to life. You might be surprised at what can be done with a few adjustments to the doors and drawers and maybe some sanding and refinishing or maybe even some new paint and hardware to refresh that soon to be beautiful again space.
We can cut your grass and trim the weeds. We will also blow the leaves and make sure that your sidewalks are clean. We don't provide tree removal but we can clean up the branches and do a little pruning if you need.
